Saltwater Homes Begins Construction on Model Home at Marina del Palma
Ken Belshe, senior sales director for SunBelt Land Management, is pleased to announce Saltwater Homes has broken ground on the construction of the first model home at Marina del Palma.
The model, located at 126 Del Palma Drive, is set to be completed this summer and will offer potential buyers a chance to experience one of the many custom homes Saltwater Homes will offer within the development.
Saltwater Homes is family-owned and operated and has been building luxury custom homes along coastal Flagler County for two decades.
“Our Participating Builders at Marina del Palma undergo a thorough vetting process and are required to meet our rigid Standards of Excellence so we are certain Saltwater Homes is an excellent choice for our development,” said Belshe. “We are confident the completion of their beautiful model home will be a huge asset to our sales process and is a critical step toward the growth of our community.”
Located in Palm Coast, Marina del Palma Yacht Club is being developed on Colbert Lane, approximately a mile and a half north of Highway 100. Upon completion, the 113-acre community will feature 154 single-family home sites plus amenities. Plans include a gated entryway, a dockside clubhouse with a resort-style pool, a secure boat storage building with 154 e-slips allowing for boats up to 30 feet in length, as well as a traditional marina containing 83 wet slips.
To the best of the company’s knowledge, this is the only community of its kind in the entire nation to offer an on-site marina, dry storage facility and valet boat service for its residents, along with direct access to the Intracoastal Waterway from the community.
