Marina del Palma Adds Deb Barnes to Growing Sales Team
Ken Belshe, senior sales director for SunBelt Land Management, is pleased to announce Deb Barnes has joined the sales team for the company’s Marina del Palma development.
Barnes has been a licensed real estate professional since 2000, having begun her real estate career for a national custom luxury home builder in Michigan. She later moved to Myrtle Beach, S.C., where she began working exclusively for SunBelt Land Management at its Waterbridge community.
The Waterbridge sales team successfully sold all its available homesites last year, allowing Barnes to sell her home in Myrtle Beach and relocate to Florida to join the Marina del Palma team.
“Not only is Deb a seasoned real estate professional with a knack for customer service, she and her husband are also boating enthusiasts, making her a perfect fit to serve the Marina del Palma buyer,” said Belshe. “We are so grateful she has chosen to relocate from South Carolina and join our growing team.”
Located in Palm Coast, Marina del Palma Yacht Club is being developed on Colbert Lane, approximately a mile and a half north of Highway 100. Upon completion, the 113-acre community will feature 154 single-family home sites plus amenities. Plans include a gated entryway, a dockside clubhouse with a resort-style pool, a secure boat storage building with 154 slips – one comes with each home site – allowing for boats up to 30 feet in length, as well as a traditional marina containing 83 wet slips.
