Each builder has undergone a thorough vetting process and met our strict Standards of Excellence. Additionally, these builders have impeccable reputations and specific experience building Mediterranean style homes to fit the style of architecture designed for Marina del Palma.
Bluewater Homes
We are pleased to have Bluewater Homes as part of our Participating Builder Program. Locally owned and operated by Jay Curbow, they have more than 25 years’ experience building quality homes and quality relationships with their clients across Flagler and Volusia counties.

The process begins with clients meeting with a Bluewater architect to design a floor plan, choose from one of the existing Bluewater floor plans, or customize one of those floor plans to fit your needs.
